PROJECT COORDINATOR | Full-time
JOB PROFILE/DESCRIPTION:
- Project Coordinator- track, schedule and execute client and supplier dealings
- Ensure a great client experience from start to finish.
- Assist in producing contract documents and purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Be the first point of contact for leads, clients, vendors.
- Represent the company to clients, vendors, employees and the public
- Assist in pre construction management, office work as appropriate
- Assist with Sales / New client meetings, lead generation
- Handle temporary delegated authority from Project Managers as appropriate
Technical Requirements
- 3D modeling, in SketchUp, to present interior elevations to clients and to the field: finish carpenters, electricians, tile installers, etc
- UDA Technology to track client selections, contracts, and schedules
- Great people skills, multitasking and attention to detail. Professional and formal presentation when needed.
- Ability to maintain work flow, communicate with others via email, phone
- Microsoft office software and ability to learn other software
- General design, materials / product, and construction knowledge and aptitude willingness to learn
- Ability to technically review contract documents and other legal documents in detail
STATS
- Create and maintain job specific documents in job binders and digitally.
- Request quotes from suppliers and enter in to estimates
- Create client presentation material (proposals, design boards, marketing materials)
Compensation
- Wage: DOE
- Paid biweekly
- 32-40 hour work week
- Mileage on personal vehicle paid at 50 cents per mile on each paycheck
- Benefits eligible after 90 day probation
- 5 paid holidays determined by Ferreira Inc
- 24 hours sick pay
